iShopUSA is an international shopping site that helps international customers and American military personnel to buy products from American-based internet retailers. They serve the global shopping community and gladly accept many international credit cards and other forms of payment. iShopUSA is also ready and able to ship to military personnel who are stationed overseas, offering shipments to APO and FPO.

To begin, just add items to your shopping bag and upon checkout click the box that says “International checkout”. Then proceed through the checkout process until your order is placed.

Shipments will get to you as soon as possible. iShopUSA’s transit times vary from country to country. You may expect to receive your order in additional 2 to 10 business from the timeframe listed on each product page, as that is the time it takes iShopUSA to receive the product and to send it out to you.

If you select APO or FPO as shipping country, you may expect to receive your order in additional 7 to 15 business days from the time frame listed on each product page.

NeckCharms.com and iShopUSA, do not and can not guarantee any delivery time frames due to possible customs clearance delays and other unforeseen conditions for which both NeckCharms.com and iShopUSA cannot be held responsible. Shipping and handling fees are not separated. These will be combined on your order and are automatically calculated by iShopUSA’s system, depending on the total amount of your order, how many items are in your order and the country to which the order will be shipped. Therefore, the best way to find out how much your entire order will be is to actually put the order through iShopUSA’s calculator (Link/Button "Calculate Shipping" on the "Shopping Cart" page).

iShopUSA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Visa/Electron and wire transfers for payment. At the time of checkout iShopUSA displays both currencies, your local currency and its USD equivalent. You will be charged in U.S. dollars. However, your statement will reflect your local currency.

There are no hidden fees. All fees will be disclosed when you check out. Taxes and Duties (Landed Cost) will be disclosed to you prior to your check out. You may choose to let iShopUSA pay the landed fees on your behalf or you can be responsible for those fees when your items arrive.
