Digitally engraved with a diamond-tipped stylus to precisely record any two line message, up to 15 characters per line on the front along with our image of a single hand and foot print and the child's birth information, including date, time, weight and length, on the back. Rhodium plated pendant is tarnish resistant and measures 1 1/8"W x 2"H and comes with an adjustable 30" chain.

    Beautiful Dog Tag

    I bought this as a gift for my Daughter who is about to adopt a baby. It is even better looking in person. I mistakenly thought this gift was a "pair" of dog tags. I believe it should have been shown as one with a note stating the reverse side for description. I will be ordering another necklace soon.

    I really like the details in the charms and it is what I have been looking for. The birth information with the hand print and foot print are so nice. The chain feels greaet and the dual tags are great value. The clasp works well and the silver has stayed shiny for me.
